George Architect is overseeing the conversion of a stately 1890s limestone townhouse in Stuyvesant Heights, transforming it from a rooming house into a three-unit residence for a private client. The scope of work includes gutting the interior, structurally stabilizing the masonry walls to ensure the building's integrity and the interior design & finishing.
The newly designed, refined layout features a bright, open living area that seamlessly connects to the rear garden, enhancing the home's flow and bringing the outdoors in. This transformation will preserve the townhouse's historic charm while providing modern living spaces for its future residents.
