George Architect is working on the concept design and zoning studies for a new 9 story mix-use residential building with a private developer. The program calls for approximately 50 residential units, ground floor retail space and a community facility on the second floor and a roof terrace for the residences. The site and surrounding lots required rezoning to increase the density.

Crown Heights Limestone, Brooklyn, NY

George Architect is working on the restoration and conversion of a Landmark 4 story Limestone row-house.

Bedford Avenue Apartments, Brooklyn NY

George Architect has designed a 10 story residential condominium building with 12-16 units facing a busy avenue in Brooklyn. Parking, a gym & game room is provided on the lower levels as well as a garden roof terrace for residences. (Unbuilt)
